Students will have two days for the first day of absence, and one day thereafter for each additional day of excused absence to complete make-up work. Example: 3 days excused will mean 4 days to complete all work.
It is the responsibility of the student to make arrangements for completing the classroom work assigned during his/her absence.
The consequences of a student’s failure to make-up work within the allotted time following an excused absence are:
- Zero grade will be given for all assigned work, including tests and/or exams.
- Teacher/student conference.
- Parent notification.
